The pandemic has resulted in a lot of cross country moves for companies and homeowners – especially for tech folks relocating to San Antonio from California in need of housing. We have a record-low supply of available homes, record-high prices with dozens of offers – and people paying all cash, sight unseen!​

We sold 3,483 homes in April – up 27 percent from last year. The change in our sales stats, as you can see below, is staggering! This time last year, our Days on Market number was 61, and now it’s 36. Our average price per square foot has climbed up to $154.

These fast-moving numbers are exactly why having an excellent Realtor – hey, that’s me! – is more important than ever. I’m here to help navigate my clients – buyers and sellers – every step of the way.

For buyers – don’t be intimidated by this market. We’ll find what you’re looking for. I’m happy to report that I helped a client find and close on a home in Oakwell Farms – one of San Antonio’s hottest neighborhoods. Competition for homes there is off the charts – but we made it happen! And it’s still a great time to buy, especially with interest rates so low.

Even though it’s a seller’s market, those selling their homes still need a trusted partner to market the property properly, manage showings and inspections and study multiple offers so that the right one is selected.
