Culinaria is a food-focused nonprofit, providing funds for scholarship programs for students pursuing a career in the hospitality or culinary industry. An organization committed to the celebration of food, wine, spirits and fine tastes, Culinaria hosts a variety of events throughout the year, including the popular March 16 5K Wine & Beer Run at The Shops of La Cantera.
Restaurant Weeks are held twice a year. Jan. 21-Feb. 2 is the winter edition. The summer edition will be held in August. Restaurants credit Restaurant Weeks with keeping their establishments busy during what are traditionally slow times for business.
Many thanks to Culinaria for continuing to promote San Antonio as a culinary destination. Another great reason to live, work, buy a home and eat well in San Antonio!
