3. Crime and Safety
Before closing the deal on your next home, we’ll check out the safety level in the area. It’s important to remember that crime happens everywhere, but you have to determine the level of crime you are comfortable being around.

Do you want to live near a park or close to nightlife? Choosing the right neighborhood is crucial to the type of lifestyle you want to lead. Determining the type of amenities you want to live nearby can help you choose what neighborhood may be right for you.

5. Geography
When picking your next home be sure to consider the geography of an area. Is it in a flood plain? Are you located near danger prone areas? These are important questions to ask when determining if a home is right for you. In some instances you may need specialized homeowners insurance based on the home’s location.
